This man designed the expansion of the Floyd W. Tomkins House in Rutherford. He was engaged by David Brinkerfhoff Ivison who purchased the Floyd W. Tomkins House in 1887, then called the “Hill House”.  After its expansion, the new structure was called “Iviswold” and is now part of the Rutherford campus of Felician College.
